Rosheen Ngorima
Founder and Resident Accountant

Rosheen is a seasoned Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and a  Management Accountant (CIMA) with vast experience in various sectors such as retail and telecommunications in South Africa. She has also worked in the legal sector, fintech and e-commerce industries in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She sits on the board of various companies as a director and business advisor. She is also the Founding President of the Female Founders Initiative (Middle East& Africa, an amazing program that was birthed out of an idea to celebrate women in various disciplines in the workplace within the MEA region. She also holds an MBA in International Finance

Aletta Ngorima
Director : Operations and Client Administration

An accountant in her own right, she supports the Managing Director, the Executive Committee, and the wider organization in focusing on attracting and engaging a talent pool and developing collaborative ways of working and providing top-notch service delivery. She is an established entrepreneur and manages her own business brand, Aletta the virtual admin.

Ishemupenyu Chagonda
Director : Financial Reporting

Ishemupenyu is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and an Associate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute. He completed his ICSA and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) examinations in 2012 and 2014 respectively before being admitted into membership by ACCA in 2018. Ishemupenyu completed his ACCA in the Top 5 best Affiliates in Zimbabwe and has a wealth of industry experience in strategy, management and financial accounting after serving in various finance and administration roles in both listed and unlisted corporates.
